The six things to know

AI you can see, and question.

You are told it is AI

When you chat with a Vilkax assistant or companion, you are interacting with an AI, not a human. It answers truthfully if you ask, and never pretends to be a person.

AI can be wrong

Verdicts and answers are guidance, not a guarantee. Every AI-assisted result carries a note that it can be wrong. Verify anything important before you act on it.

It supports, never decides for you

The AI helps you and our teams make safer decisions. It does not decide for you, and it never takes an automated action against another person.

A human is in the loop

High-stakes situations are routed to a person, never handled by the machine alone. Sensitive categories are review-only by design.

Every verdict is explainable

A risk verdict comes with its reasons, the evidence, and a confidence, plus a stable id so a decision can be reviewed later. No black box.

Behaviours, not people

We assess a message, a transaction, or a situation, never a person's character. We do not score people, and we do not predict who is a criminal.

The lines we do not cross

The AI Act bans these. So do we.

The EU AI Act prohibits a set of harmful AI practices. Vilkax does none of them, by design, and our safeguards are enforced in code so they cannot quietly change.

No social scoring

We never rank a person across unrelated parts of their life to treat them worse.

No predicting criminality from profiling

Fraud detection rests on objective facts about a transaction, and supports a human, never a personality-based guess about a person.

No manipulation or exploiting the vulnerable

We protect people who are targeted. We never use covert techniques to steer them.

No biometric surveillance

No facial scraping, no emotion recognition at work or school, no biometric categorisation of sensitive traits.

No selling your data

We do not sell or share your personal data, and Global Privacy Control is always honoured.

No hidden AI-generated content

AI-generated answers, verdicts, and companion messages are always labelled as AI.

Your rights

Ask why. Push back.

If an AI-assisted verdict affects you and it looks wrong, you can ask us for the reasoning behind it and contest it. A person will look. You can also access, export, or delete your data at any time, and change your analytics choices whenever you like.
