Is the Free tier limited in time?

No. Free is free forever, not a trial. Paying tiers unlock more rewards, more alerts, and faster background scanning.

How do I cancel?

Open the app → Settings → Subscription → "Cancel plan". Your tier reverts to Pack at the end of the current period. No retention hurdles.

Can I switch tiers mid-cycle?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and prorate. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal so you keep what you paid for through the rest of the period.

How is Enterprise different?

Enterprise unlocks the business-domain pulse + staff device monitoring + custom intel feeds + an SLA. It's meant for companies protecting a workforce, not individuals. Talk to us via the "Talk to us" button on the card. We want to understand your domain before we invoice.

Do you sell my data?

No. Vilkax is a paid product (or a free user of one). We don't have an ads business. The Privacy Policy is the canonical contract on what we collect and why. Every page links to it.
